Onsite Interpretation: $60 per hour
Minimum for onsite services: 2 hours
Telephonic / Video Interpretation: $60 per hour
Full Day Interpretation: $450
Full Day Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Additional time after 8 hours: $75 per hour
Travel: $30 travel fee + $0.70 per mile, when applicable
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your full day interpretation service. The remaining balance is due after services are completed. Additional hours and applicable travel charges are billed separately.

Customized Support
EIS understands that every situation is different, and sometimes the support you need may not fit neatly into one of our standard services. Customized Support gives individuals, families, businesses, and community organizations the flexibility to request assistance based on their specific goals, challenges, or circumstances.
Whether you need help developing training, improving communication, connecting with resources, supporting employees, planning outreach, or addressing another unique need, EIS can work with you to create a practical solution tailored to your situation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged. For trials, at least 72 hours notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or less than 72 hours for trials, may be charged 50% of the scheduled service time, with a minimum charge of $60, when cancelled before the interpreter departs.
If the appointment is cancelled while the interpreter is already in route or after arrival, the full contracted rate will apply, including the two hour minimum for onsite interpretation.
Travel Policy
Travel charges may apply when the interpretation location is more than 30 miles one way from the designated EIS service area or starting location.
